Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

Vettify offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases, including Trust Snapshot, Full Business Evaluation, Vettified Business, and Vettify Managed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at getvettifyed@gmail.com with your order details and we will help you through the process.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a recurring subscription (Vettified Business, Vettify Managed) at any time from your account or via paddle.net. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Refunds for subscription payments outside the 30-day window are handled at Vettify's discretion.
